An opportunity to join one of Europe's top tier Civils contractor. They are currently looking for a Building Services Manager to deliver around £20M M&E services package on a live aviation project in Jersey over the next 2.5 years. They provide bespoke solutions to construction projects which include highways and runways, infrastructure and roads, high end residential, commercial, stadia and high class hotels ranging in value from £100 to £800M.
Utilising your 5+ years experience as a Building Services Manager together with a relevant industry qualification you will be the number 1 M&E on site within the Building Services team managing the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services projects through the hire of specialist sub-contractors for a NEC type contract. Knowledge of Option C would be a distinct advantage. You will require a full security check and clearance. Could this be you?
